Prospect Ridge Academy is thrilled to present the 8th Annual Miner Gold Rush 4 mile run and 1 mile kid's run, and Fall Festival. All proceeds will benefit Prospect Ridge Academy, a public charter school providing a rigorous, quality K-12 education with an intensified math and science focus. Come help support the school while having fun in this exciting community event!

Sponsor Expo and Kids Festival
Included in your race fee is admission to the kids festival which starts at 4 pm. Wristbands can also be purchased at the event for $10. The festivall will include games, petting zoo, pony rides, jumpy castle, food trucks and more! This is a super fun event for the whole family! Our sponsors will also be on hand after the race with handouts, raffles and more.
Packet Pickup & Registration
Friday, September 28th at Prospect Ridge Academy (K-8 Vestibule) from 5:00-7:00 pm.
Saturday, September 29th at Prospect Ridge Academy from 3:00-3:45 pm for 4 mile racers and 3:00-5:00 pm for 1 mile racers.
Same-day Registration
Individual 4 mile: $40 (Race Day)
Individual 1 mile: $20 (Race Day)
Registration is happening on Race Day at Prospect Ridge Academy from 3-3:45 pm for 4 mile racers and 3:00-4:45 pm for 1 mile racers.
Race Day Parking
The 4 mile racers will cross Preble Creek Parkway and Indian Peaks Parkway twice during the run. You may be stuck on the street if you are attempting to drive through the race course to get to the start of the 1 mile course at 5:15 pm. We suggest if you arrive after 4:00 pm (the start of the 4 mile race) that you access PRA from Sheridan Parkway (not Lowell Blvd).
Primary parking will be available in the Prospect Ridge Academy High School parking lot and where city street signs allow along Alcott Way (in front of the high school). Additional parking is also available in the Anthem neighborhood along Indian Peaks Parkway.
PLEASE ALLOW PLENTY OF TIME TO PARK AND GET TO THE RACE START. WE SUGGEST ARRIVING AT LEAST 1/2 HOUR BEFORE YOUR EVENT TO ENSURE YOU HAVE TIME TO PARK AND GET TO THE START LINE.

Course Map
4 Mile: Race begins on the canal ditch trail next to Prospect Ridge Academy. It is a lollipop course that heads southwest on the trail, makes a loop around Sienna Reservoir and then returns on the same trail. Click here for course details.
1 Mile: This course is a loop course that starts on the north side of the canal trail.
Awards
4 mile award ceremony will be held at 5:30 pm (including age group awards)
